About AIESEC Phnom Penh
AIESEC Cambodia was founded in 2008. AIESEC Phnom Penh was established in January 2009 and is based at Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia. Despite having gone through the many challenges, AIESEC PP serves itself as the first and best local committee in Cambodia. This page is created for everyone to discover about us.
Mission objective: To develop Cambodia’s future leaders so that they can create a more peaceful society within which people can achieve their potential. The way in which we develop positive leadership is by giving young people theoretical and experiential training on global leadership and by aligning them with AIESEC’s value.
We do this by running a leadership development program and running our International Traineeship Program. Our leadership program develops leadership skills within the framework of a high-performing team, our traineeship program allows Cambodian students to go work abroad and organizations in Cambodia to recruit top quality young and dynamic international talent.
