Over the last 60 years, AIESEC has offered a life-enriching experience to around a million young people all around the world, and that experience can be lived by Cambodian students through 3 opportunities that AIESEC Phnom Penh is currently providing.

eXchange and Leadership Development Seminar (XLDS) aims to raise awareness among Cambodian students about the opportunities through which they can develop their leadership skills by becoming an AIESEC member (AIESEC Membership Opportunity), go on internship abroad in one of the 110 AIESEC countries (International Internship Opportunity), and/or get trained about skills that today’s employers expect in their employees (Global Leaders Program).
